Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 2 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
- Arrival Time: Please ensure your party arrives at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and setup. On arrival, please check in at reception downstairs.
- Number of Guests: the package booked only includes the number of pre-paid guests. Additional guests will incur full price entry, unless given more than 48 hours’ notice.
- Behaviour and Conduct: We ask that all guests behave responsibly and respectfully. Leisuredome reserves the right to remove any guest who is acting inappropriately.
- Damage and Liability: Any damage caused to Leisuredome property during your event will be the responsibility of the booking party. Leisuredome is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during the event.
- Food and Beverages: Any dietary requirements should be notified when you are booking your event. You are welcome to bring a cake, which we can refrigerate for you. Unfortunately other foods that have not been purchased from Leisuredome are not permitted on the premises due to Health and Safety legislation.
- Final Payment: Any remaining balance or additional charges incurred during the event must be settled before your event start time.
- Room Capacity: Party rooms cannot accommodate more than 4 adults with a group of 12 children. Should you require more space you may need to book an additional party room. Please ensure to discuss this with staff at least 48 hours prior to your party.
