Leisuredome Terms and Conditions

Before making a booking or purchasing vouchers or other products, please read all our Terms and Policies carefully and make sure you understand them.

We are Cashless

Leisuredome is committed to being a safe place for our staff and customers to work. We can only accept cash at our automated top up stations within the centre. A Leisuredome ‘Recharge’ card will be issued to the value of the cash that you put in the machines. Sorry, but no change will be given. You can get a balance at these stations too.

We accept credit and debit cards in our restaurant and at all our till points.

Admission Policy

No excessively torn or soiled clothing.

No hats, clothing, jewellery or tattoos with profanity or objectionable art.

Only appropriate head gear may be worn on the premises.

Alcohol 

Leisuredome is licenced to sell wine and beer. If you are under 18 you may not purchase any alcoholic drinks from us.

We operate a policy of asking for ID for anyone who looks under 23. If you are lucky enough to look under 23 please ensure that you have ID with you. Leisuredome will accept only the following forms of ID for purchases of alcoholic drinks:

Age restrictions apply in the following way:

Laser Tag – we recommend 7 and over

Escape Rooms – We recommend that a child should be 14 or over to enjoy the game. This is at parents discretion.

Kids Zone is for ages 3 – 12. Children must be supervised at all times.

Toddler Zone is for under 3 years of age. Children must be supervised at all times. 

Bookings – General

When we refer to peak time pricing, we mean Friday to Sunday all day and any bank holidays.

Adult or Child?

In Leisuredome children means people aged under 12. A toddler is under 3.

Telephone & Online Bookings

Unless otherwise stated, we require full payment for any telephone or online booking at the time of your booking.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Private Hire

If you are interested in hiring our venue or part of our venue, please contact us on ‘hello@leisuredome.ie’

General Cancellations & No Shows

You may cancel your booking for general events (excluding Bowling & Birthday Party’s) up to 12 hours before your booking time. After this no refund can be offered.

 Bowling Bookings

We know that plans sometimes change! If you need to cancel your booking Leisuredome are happy to do so up to 48 hours in advance. After this time unfortunately we can no longer refund your booking. We can still move your booking to a future day so long as you contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. After this your booking & your payment will be forfeit.

Bowling reservations are time sensitive. Your reservation will begin at the time specified on your confirmation. You will forfeit any unused time if you fail to show for your booking or arrive late, and no additional time or other time slot will be authorized or allocated.

Bowling Games are sold on a per time basis, with 10 minutes being your time per game allocation. We cannot guarantee that you will complete a full game if you do not manage your time on the lane properly.

Birthday Party’s

Birthday Parties involve a lot of organisation on all sides to be a success and we work hard to prepare everything for you.

Once booked, Birthday Party’s can be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the booking, after which your 50% deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your party for a different date this can be done up to 72 hours prior to the original date.

If you wish to increase numbers on the day, we will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of request. Each additional guest will be charged the undiscounted price per person.

If you wish to decrease numbers, you may do so without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your party date. After this you will not be compensated for any reductions or no shows.

Some kid’s meals may not be available on the day. If this is the case Leisuredome will endeavour to provide a fair substitution.

Things sometimes break!  In the rare event that an activity is compromised and cannot be fixed on the day,  Leisuredome reserve the right to use a substitute activity to ensure the party can continue.

Kids Zone Area Terms and Conditions

We have some terms & conditions that not only protect us, but more importantly protect you and your children. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms & conditions.

Please do not visit any play area if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 – 72 hours.

  1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Leisuredome do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
  2. A waiver form must be completed before any child will be allowed to play.
  3. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
  4.  Leave badges and jewellery with a responsible adult. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses.
  5. Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. In case of a problem, contact reception or a member of staff.
  6. Age restrictions are in force. These are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children
  7. We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times.
  8. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
  9. Please do not play in front of slide exits.
  10. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
  11. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
  12. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
  13. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
  14. Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.
  15. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.
  16. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.
  17. In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.
  18. Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of on-going safety audits.
  19.  All damages to Leisuredome property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
  20. Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing room. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
  21. For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at Leisuredome may be consumed on the premises.
  22. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.
  23. The Leisuredome team supervise the play equipment and help maximise your children’s enjoyment from the play experience they are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Leisuredome cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment!

General

All guests are responsible for ensuring that the information they provided at the time of booking is correct.

Leisuredome is not responsible for bookings made and confirmed through the website or over the phone in which the guest has provided erroneous information or made a booking error.

Any intentional or negligent loss or damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment is the responsibility of the guests.

Discounts & Codes

We have the right to cancel, change, or restrict discount coupon offers at any time and for any reason.

Offers for discount codes cannot be shared, sold, or traded. Discount codes obtained through unofficial internet postings are invalid and may be rejected. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny or cancel orders or contracts placed with discount codes.

Redemption Arcade Prizes

Merchandise has no cash value. The original receipt, the Re-Charge Card used for purchase, and original packaging are required for all refunds or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for plush toys or confectionary. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

Preparation of your order begins at the given time slot. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has begun preparation.

Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologise. Please alert us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.

Food Order Incomplete

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please alert us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. We will always do our best to send out any missing items immediately, however you may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card.

Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please let us know immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in ‘as is’ condition’ so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card only after we receive the food in ‘as is’ condition and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

Cancel Order

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund for non-food items or beverages.

Complimentary Food

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food.

As a private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policies, we will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide excellent and quality food and service for you and our other wonderful and frequent patrons.
